I’ve been photographing newborns, and families too, for over 6 years in the Fort Collins area. And that’s how long I’ve been blogging…6 years! So imagine the amount of tears when I realized I accidentally deleted my blog and website over Christmas. I knew I was supposed to make a copy of all of the files when transferring from one server to another but it just slipped my mind. I did make a copy eventually but the file transfer to my new server was such a pain at that point (6 years of blog content and images ends up being a HUGE amount!) that I decided to start from scratch. So that’s where the bittersweet part comes in. It’s hard to sit back and just let it ‘be’ but I’m also very excited with the look of my new blogsite. [Blogsite – a place that acts like a website with a portfolio and information about sessions but also where I write and share the latest news and precious faces with you.]

Take a few minutes and look around! All of the portfolio galleries are full of my favorite images from the last 6months or so, and under the ‘details‘ menu option are descriptions of each type of session offered.  Even the ‘About Me’ section is finished…such a shocker, I know!

I am also very excited about what the next year or 2 has in store for LyndseyLew. I’ve been a busy little bee with the 2013 fall season jam-packed with new and returning clients, a trip to Illinois and California, and lots of squishy newborns to love on. One of the projects I’ve been working on is with the Alpha Center of Ft Collins. And that leads me to this little guy below. If you’ve been following my Facebook you’ve seen him and you know that I am in love with him. He’s perfect. AND, he will be featured in the 2015 Alpha Center calendar!! Check out this little man…one of the first babies I photographed in 2014.
